Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made on OnepageKing.com are for entertainment purposes and are generally non-refundable. When you pay to claim the throne, you receive immediate value — your name, title, photo, and link are displayed on the website as the current King.

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

We may issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Technical failure: Your payment was processed but you were not crowned as King due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged multiple times for the same transaction
  • Unauthorized transaction: The payment was made without your authorization

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Being dethroned by another user (this is the core mechanic of the Service)
  • Dissatisfaction with the duration of your reign
  • Change of mind after completing the payment
  • Content removal due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@toob.com.br with:

  • Your name and email used during payment
  • The date of the transaction
  • The reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
