1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OnepageKing.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnepageKing.com is an entertainment platform where users can pay to "claim the throne" and become the current "King" of the website. The current King is displayed on the homepage until another user pays a higher amount to dethrone them. Previous Kings are moved to the Hall of Fame.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. The minimum payment to claim the throne is determined by the current King's payment amount plus $1. All prices are in USD.

4. No Guarantee of Reign Duration

There is no guarantee for how long you will remain the King. Another user may dethrone you at any time by paying a higher amount. Your reign could last seconds, minutes, hours, or longer — this is part of the nature of the Service.

5. User Content

When claiming the throne, you provide a name, title, link, and photo. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.

6. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains nudity, violence, or sexually explicit material
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts
  • Impersonates another person or entity

7. Limitation of Liability

OnepageKing.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
